New Delhi, Sep 6 : Veteran BJP leader and former Union minister Yashwant Sinha attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance minister Arun Jaitley for citing global factors as the reason for the downfall of the Indian rupee which slipped below the 72 mark for the first time ever on Thursday against US dollar.
” When rupee depreciated against dollar during UPA it was Manmohan Singh’s fault. Now it is because of global factors. Who says Goebbels is dead?,” Yashwant tweeted.
