Bengaluru, 22 March: In a bizarre incident, a man was caught on camera entering a college hostel and fled after some time with women’s innerwear.
However, when asked to College principal about the incident she expressed that the man is a Psycho youth, jumps through the wall in midnight hours.
A complaint has also been filed in the police station.
