Watch how Manoj Tiwari insulted female teacher on request of song

New Delhi, March 18, 2017: Delhi BJP chief and MP Manoj Tiwari has racked up a controversy after misbehaving with a teacher on the occasion of the installation of CCTV cameras at a Government-run school in Delhi’s Yamuna Nagar.

During the programme, Tiwari was asked by a teacher to sing a song for the crowd to which he got offensive and started misbehaving with the teacher. He even threatened to take action against her and asked her to move down from the rostrum.

Here is the video where you can see that jittery Tiwari is asking the female teacher to leave the dais and also questions her state of mind. He also rudely asks her that if she doesn’t know how to talk to an MP, how does she talks to her students? He even asked the authorities to take action against her.

Though it is not correct to ask a Member of Parliament to sing a song while the official event but he could have handled the situation in a better way by keeping his temper in control.

13 kindergarten students injured in Himachal Pradesh accident

Shimla, June 21: At least 13 kindergarten students were wounded on Thursday after their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district.

The accident took place, when students belonging to a private school in Sarkaghat area, were returning home from school when the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a turn near Garli, IANS reported.

According to ANI, one student was killed.

Injured children were admitted to the Zonal hospital in Mandi, some 150 km from the state capital.

Gorakhpur terror funding mastermind arrested in Pune

Lucknow, June 21: Gorakhpur terror funding mastermind Ramesh Shah has been arrested in a joint operation by the Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) of Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra Polic in connection with the  6 terror suspects who were arrested in March.

On his instruction, the ATS official said more than Rs 1 crore exchanged hands between the Pakistani handler and terror operatives, with major funds coming from the Middle East, Jammu and Kashmir and Kerala and distributed to various states.

The arrest was made from Pune on Tuesday and he is being brought to Lucknow on transit remand.

 

 

Inspector General of ATS Aseem Arun said that soon after his arrival, Shah would be produced in an Uttar Pradesh court and taken on remand for further interrogation.

Six persons involved in criminal conspiracy and distributing money into various bank accounts on the instructions given by a Pakistani handler were arrested on March 24 from Gorakhpur, an official told..

The 28-year-old Shah was the kingpin of the gangand he hails from Gopalganj in Bihar and has been operating a shopping mart in Gorakhpur for many years.

Cloudy Thursday morning, rains likely

New Delhi, June 21: It was a cloudy morning in the national capital on Thursday, with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.9 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, the Met office said.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 58 per cent. The Met has predicted some very light rains for the day ahead.

“It will be a partly cloudy sky with very light rains or drizzle likely,” an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The maximum temperature was expected to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.

The air quality of Delhi and its surrounding regions was moderate, according to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).

Wednesday’s maximum temperature settled at 41.9 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 29.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
