Uttarakhand: BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi claims Harish Rawat won floor test

A big day has come to set a new example for the history, Today all eyes will be on Uttarakhand where a floor test will be conducted to decide the government for the hill state.

The Uttarakhand Assembly has 70 members, out of which 27 belongs to the Congress, excluding the nine rebels. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has 28 members, while there are six from other parties.

The rebel MLAs will be not allowed to participate in the floor test and the voting will be overseen by Principal Secretary (Legislative Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs).



Congress MLA Indira Hridayesh said after floor test that 33 members who were on our side cast their votes, Want to thank PDF,BSP,UKD.

Harish Rawat says he has won Uttarakhand trust vote and said that Clouds of uncertainty over state will disappear and things will be clearer tomorrow.

Congress MLA Rekha Arya voted for the BJP in the floor test.


Ouster Chief Minister Harish Rawat said after floor test that Supreme Court will declare the result. All I can say is that we want to thank the SC for holding the floor test and we are eagerly waiting for tomorrow.

Joshi also added that today Democracy has lost and Money power has won.
