UP polls: Senior SP leader Ambika Chaudhary joins BSP


New Delhi, Jan 21, 2017: Senior Samajwadi Party leader and former minister Ambika Chaudhary on Saturday joined the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) ahead of upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Addressing a press briefing, Ambika said: “I have resigned from SP and all positions related to the party and have dedicated myself completely to BSP now.”

While expressing his gratitude to the BSP chief Mayawati, Chaudhary said, “I am thankful to Behen ji for including me in her party.”

He was one of the loyalists of Mulayam Singh Yadav.
