Chennai, July 29 : A country made petrol bomb was hurled at former AIADMK leader TTV Dinakaran’s car by an unidentified miscreant in Chennai on Sunday.
The leader, however, was not present in the vehicle when the attack took place. Dinakaran’s driver and his personal photographer were injured.

It is being alleged that an expelled party worker, Bullet Parimalam, was behind the attack.
In March 2018, Dinakaran formed his own party Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam, and contested Chennai’s RK Nagar by-election in December last year.
