Truck driver lynched in Jharkhand

Ranchi, Sep 10: Locals lynched a truck driver when a two-year-old boy died after being hit by his truck in Dumka district of Jharkhand on Sunday.

According to the police, the child was going with his sister when the truck hit him and he died. His sister shouted, following this the villagers gathered and beat the driver, resulting in his death’.

In another incident of mob attack, last week a teenage boy was beaten to death in Mukundpur area of Delhi on the suspicion of committing theft.

Several incidents of mob attack have been reported from across the country in the recent past.

Last month, a 22-year-old Man was lynched to death by a group of 40-50 villagers in Bholapur Hindoliya village in Bareilly district, over suspicion of stealing a buffalo.
