The majority of trade union to go for “Bharat Bandh” Nationwide strike on Friday September 2 protesting against anti-people policy of the government.
All India Trade Unions Congress (AITUC) and Centre of India Trade Unions (CITU) have fear to go on strikes on September 2 bringing Banks, factories, and other organised sector to a stand still across the nation.
The Centre Trade Union (CTUs) view the announcements made by the Committee of Ministers of raising 42 per cent hike in minimum wage to Rs 350 per day.
The strikes will observed in all government sector. Union that will participate in the strike are INTUC, AITUC, HMS, CITU, AIUTUC, TUCC, SEWA, AICCTU, UTUC, AND LPF.
“CITU considers this statements a deliberate ‘misunderstanding campaign’ to create confusion and to sabotage the countrywide general strike on Friday which all sections of workers and employees have already prepared to join,” said the joint statement on thrusday.
