New Delhi, Dec 7: Dense fog covered the national capital on Wednesday with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
The visibility was recorded below 50 metres, the IMD informed that the similar situation will continue for at least two more days.
Due to poor visibility at least 81 trains are running late, 21 rescheduled and 3 are cancelled in Delhi.

“The sky will remain clear in the day,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
As per the Met department, the maximum temperature is expected to reach near 25 degrees Celsius, and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 per cent.
Tuesday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 24.8 degrees Celsius, the season’s average, while the minimum temperature settled at 9.4 degrees Celsius, the season’s average.
