The high speed Talgo train reached the dream city on tuesday morning at around 11.30 AM rather than a scheduled arrival time of 10 AM.
The arrival of the high speed train in Mumbai delayed by more than one and half hour due to the issue of heavy rains.
The talgo train with Railway and spanish officials onboard has earlier departed at 7.55 PM from New Delhi station on Monday night.
The third and the final Phase of Spanish-made train Talgo to Mumbai aiming a maximum speed of 130 kmph. Talgo train aims to cut the travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to 12 hours will run at 130 kmph on this trial run.
On its return journey, the train will start on August 3 from Mumbai at 3 PM and will reach New Delhi the next day at 5 PM with the speed of 130 kmph.
The second trial run was conducted on the Palwal-Mathura section of the North-Central Railway.
