Watch: Dressed as Lord Shiva, Tej Pratap offers prayers at temple

New Delhi, July 31: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav, who is often in news for his controversial comments and eccentric behaviour, is in the news again. This time, pictures of Tej Pratap Yadav, dressed as lord Shiva, have been doing the rounds on social media.

Dressed up as Lord Shiva, former Bihar health minister on Tuesday offered prayers at a Shiva Temple in Patna before leaving for Deoghar in Jharkhand for kanwar yatra.

In a video shared by news agency ANI, the RJD leader is seen wearing a tiger-print lower and performing puja along with the priests of the temple. He even blowed a conch shell (shankh) and played damru.

Tej Pratap Yadav was recently in the news when he had fallen off a bicycle in the media glare. Tej Pratap, took out a ‘cycle yatra’ in Patna to protest against the rising fuel (petrol and diesel) prices in the country, tumbled on the road, on July 26. While riding the cycle with his aides, Yadav suddenly gained pace. Just as he was about to take a turn at the roundabout, he lost his balance and fell to the ground.
