Tablighi Case to NIA

The Delhi High Court on Friday adjourned the hearing on a plea seeking transfer of a case relating to Tablighi Jamaat to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), to October 9 after noting that a similar matter is pending before the Supreme Court.
