New Delhi, Aug 23: The Central government hospitals have confirmed at least 37 deaths in Delhi, according to the Indian Express report.
While these figures are contradictory to Kejriwal government’s report as it has claimed five swine flu deaths in the capital.
Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital reported at least 22 deaths, including 13 from Delhi, seven from Uttar Pradesh and two from Haryana.
While four deaths due to H1N1 influenza have been reported at AIIMS.
Apart from this, the hospital has accounted 195 patients testing positive for swine flu out which Ram Manohar Lohia (RML), AIIMS and Safdarjung reported 95, 45 and 27 cases respectively.
Among the total of positive swine flu case, 117 hails from Delhi itself.
As per TOI, the centre-run Lady Hardinge hospital has confirmed 30 cases of swine flu and two deaths between July 1 and August 16.
