Russian girl and Agra resident Olga Efimenkova, who was on a hunger strike from sunday claims that her mother-in-law allegedly thrown her out of the house, now finally dissolves with her family and also starting living in a given portion by the family house to live in.
The situation was sought out after the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj tweeted Efimenkova’s story and tagged Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
Within a few hours of Swaraj’s tweet, an FIR was filed against Efimenkova’s in-laws.
Efimenkova, who had married Vikrant Singh Chandel in 2011, sat outside her in-laws house and claims that her husband and daughter had been restricted from entering the house. She claimed that she had been mentally tortured because she was a foreigner and had not brought a dowry with her.

Appreciating Yadav’s swift response, Swaraj later said that such incidents marred India’s image across the world.
