On Tuesday, Karnataka High Court had directed the state government to provide necessary security for peaceful release of superstar Rajinikanth-starrer ‘ Kaala’, which pro-Kannada outfits had threatened to stall over Rajinikanth’s reported remarks on the Cauvery row.
