Supreme Court directs immediate stay on construction activities in Delhi’s unauthorised colonies

New Delhi, April 24: The Supreme Court today directed immediate stay on construction activities in 1797 unauthorised colonies of the national capital. 

In its order, the apex court also ordered a special task force to remove encroachments from public roads and pavements within 2 weeks, the Times of India reported.
