Etah, March 16: More than 40 students of Kasturba Gandhi School fell ill after consuming mid-day meal on Friday.
Children have been admitted to the nearby hospital for the treatment.

Meanwhile, District Magistrate Amit Kishore ordered a magisterial inquiry into the incident.
Students falling ill after consuming mid-day meal has been making headlines for quite some time now, as last December, 28 students fell sick after consuming ‘Khichdi’ served at a school in Mumbai.
Several instances have been also reported from Belhari, Sitapur , Odisha and Thiruvananthapuram from past few days, according to report in Finacial Express.
In March, around 125 children were taken ill after consuming mid-day meal at a primary school in Belhari.
In August, around 220 students fell ill after having puri and sabzi in the mid-day meal at a school in Sitapur.
In Thiruvananthapuram earlier this year, 114 school students, were hospitalised as they complained of uneasiness after having the food in school.
Around 230 students were also taken ill allegedly after eating food in different schools in Odisha’s Malkangiri and Kalahandi districts in September last year.
