Mumbai, March 24: The reigning queen of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor who is known to have ushered in the zero size concept. After giving birth to son Taimur Ali Khan in December, Kareena Kapoor Khan is focussing on getting back into shape.
“The idea is to have faith. And to do it all in a continuous, sustainable way,” the new mommy said in a Facebook Live chat on Tuesday.
Kareena spilled the beans during a Facebook Live Chat with her dietitian and nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, Bebo started doing light exercises and Yoga. Now, Bebo is not only doing proper workouts but is also following the diet chart.
The actress said, “My aim is not just to lose the weight I have put on. I don’t want to do it overnight. It may take long, but I want to feel light, happy and energetic throughout the process. And that is important.”
Reports added that Kareena has lose 12 kg till now, and working hard to shed some more kilos.
During the vibrant chat show Koffee with Karan, Kareena, who created a new trend of maternity fashion, spoke about gaining 18 kilos during pregnancy. Even during her pregnancy, Kareena was looking chic and elegant.

1. “One very important thing all women should know is that in one pregnancy, you lose five years of calcium in the body,” Kapoor Khan said. “So getting back into shape also means accelerating the calcium levels in the body.” She has been religiously having a tall glass of milk every night.
2. Diwekar was also quite apprehensive about the rice she had been asked to eat—that too twice a day! “The reason is that eating rice allows you to bring back a lot of the good bacteria that something as strenuous as a delivery may wash out,” Bebo said.
