SC refuses to take up mob lynching on urgent basis

New Delhi, July 4 ; The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to take up mob lynching matter on an urgent basis, and said, it would heard the matter in due course of time.

A plea was made in the Court seeking an urgent hearing into cases of mob lynching.

Meanwhile, Congress MP, Suresh Kodikunnil has given Adjournment Motion Notice in Lok Sabha over “Mob lynching of a suspected cattle lifter in a remote village of Tripura’s Dhalai district”.
