Rs 8.5 lakh crore to be spent in 5 years for rail modernization,says Prabhu

Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday presented his second Railway Budget in Parliament. While Prabhu is likely to announce special trains with higher fares, a new catering policy with focus on e-catering could also be announced.
