New Delhi, July 7: Targeting at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi questioned his silence on China.
His remark comes on a day when PM Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping appreciated each other despite the standoff between the armies of the two countries at Sikkim.

During an informal meeting, at BRICS Modi assured full cooperation and best wishes to Chinese President Xi Jinping for the upcoming BRICS Summit in China.
