Priyanka Chopra says A.R. Rahman criticism rude

Mumbai, July 15: Baywatch girl Priyanka Chopra termed social media “rude” when Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman criticised for singing Tamil not Hindi songs at a concert in London.

Rahman sang “Netru, Indru, Naalai” (Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow) at Wembley Stadium concert on July 8 but didn’t hit right with his fans.

“Well, first of all, that is rude. I do not know the details so I do not want to talk much about it,” said the actress.

The actress said she is not available for International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in New York as she in India for her brother’s birthday.

“Unfortunately IIFA and my birthday coincided. I do not get much time to spend with my brother and mum. So yes, I deserve this holiday.”

According to reports, he trolled on social media as some left the concert after he started singing Tamil songs.
