Pradyuman murder case: Bus conductor Ashok’s lawyer to file bail application

New Delhi, Nov 10: Two days after a Class 11 student of Ryan International School was arrested by the CBI for allegedly killing a seven-year-old student Pradyuman Thakur, Bus conductor Ashok Kumar’s  lawyer will file bail application in Gurugram court on Friday.

Not only this, the bus conductor , who was first arrested for the brutal murder is planing to take legal action against Haryana police officials and school management.

Mohit Verma, Kumar’s counsel said “as soon as the closure report comes will file bail for Ashok (conductor who was arrested), once he is discharged we will file a case against Police & school management”, news agency ANI quoted.

In a major twist, the CBI on Wednesday revealed a Class XI student of Ryan International School in Gurugram who wanted exams and a scheduled meeting between teachers and parents postponed is the key accused in the horrific.

Later, the arrested student confessed about the wrongdoing.

A special crime team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is interrogating the accused as directed by the Court.

The CBI took over the case on September 22 from Haryana Police, nearly two weeks after the Class 2 boy was found with his throat slit in a school bathroom.
