New Delhi, Nov 16: The bail plea hearing of bus conductor Ashok Kumar in connection with the murder of Ryan International School student Pradyuman Thakur has been adjourned till November 20 by Gurugram Court on Thursday.

The probe agency told court that the Haryana police beat tortured the accused arrested by them and a prime witness in the case to give favourable statements.
“So far no incriminating details have been found in our investigation in connection with involvement of Ashok. In case any evidence comes forth during ongoing investigation by the agency, action will be taken” CBI said during hearing.
Earlier in a day, Ashok’s lawyer Mohit Verma said the court questioned CBI that on what basis was Ashok arrested? “The investigating agency was not able to give a response to the court’s question.
Kumar was arrested on September 8, the same day when a seven year-old Pradyuman was found with his throat slit inside the school’s bathroom.
Later in major twist on November 8, the CBI detained a Class XI student in connection with the case and claimed the juvenile to be the accused.
The mystery doesn’t end here, after a massive outrage over the child’s death charges were also levelled against the school management including Ryan International Group CEO Ryan Pinto, and his parents, founding chairman Augustine Pinto and managing director Grace Pinto.
