Lucknow, July 14 : Day after an explosive was recovered by the security forces from the premises of Uttar Pradesh assembly during the ongoing session, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the NIA (National Investigation Agency) should probe into the matter.
In a massive security lapse security personnel seized 150 gms of suspicious white powder found on July 12, which was later identified as PTEN (Pentaerythritol tetranitrate) after a forensic test.
Following the issue Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath called a high level meeting today, where he said PETN explosive was found,action must be taken against those involved. NIA must investigate this.

Adityanath stated strict guidelines must be issued and everyone must follow them.
According to sources, the explosive was wrapped in a plastic bag and it was reportedly found under the seat of Samajwadi Party MLA Manoj Pandey.
PTEN (Pentaerythritol tetranitrate) is considered as one of the most powerful explosive materials known.
