PM Modi should offer ‘Jumla solution’ to prevent Rupee downfall, says Kapil Sibal

New Delhi, Sep 10 : Senior Congress leader  and former union minister Kapil Sibal  said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should coin some ‘Jumla solution’ to prevent the downfall of Rupee as on Monday, Indian currency plunged to a new low of 72.67 against the US dollar, losing 94 paise from the previous closing mark.

“In run up to the Lok Sabha election (2014) Modi said ” Very soon , dollar rate will touch the age of the finance minister “. Today the Rupee at 72.32 to the dollar , it seems to be aging faster than some leaders . What say you Pradhan Mantri ji ? Any Jumla solutions in sight ?,” Kapil Sibal tweeted.



Union Minister Arun Jaitley , 65, returned as Finance Minister on August 22nd ,three months after he stopped attending office in April as he underwent a renal transplant operation on May 14.
