PM Modi not Anandiben Patel responsible for Gujarat burning: Rahul Gandhi


Once again opposition gets the chance to criticise Modi-led government as the Gujarat’s chief Minister Anandiben Patel resigns from the post, On Tuesday Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi took a jibe on top leadership of the BJP by saying not the CM but the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is responsible for fiery Gujarat.

Gandhi said in a tweet:

Not just Rahul, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also hits out by saying AAP’s rise in that state that the BJP now feared.

Kejriwal tweeted: 

Patel on Monday quits from the post of Chief Minister by speculations stated that her resignation was an indication of her losing grip over the state’s politics. Her resignation came as no surprise to the top brass of the party.

The resignation, however, comes in an order to a fresh wave of protests over the thrashing of four Dalit youth, who were skinning a dead cow in Gujarat’s Una by self-styled cow protectors.
