Pakistan Military supporting Imran Khan, will not stop exporting terrorism: India

New Delhi, July 26 : Concerned over the early results of Pakistan general elections that showed the victory of Imran Khan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf , India said military is supporting cricketer -turned -politician from the start and important matters like export of terrorism by them, are not going to change viz-a-viz relations between both the countries.

Union Minister RK Singh  said, “Military is supporting him from the start, it’s not new. Imran Khan has always been a military candidate. It’s not us, but people of Pakistan who are saying so.I don’t see any change because as far as India is concerned, the important matters like export of terrorism by them, are not going to change. Military used to decide this policy & they’ll do it now as well.”

MoS Home Hansraj Ahir said, “It’s clear that Pakistan public didn’t help Hafiz Saeed win the elections. We hope that the government that is formed will make good relations with us. The best thing is that the public voted against terrorism by voting against Hafiz Saeed.”

Meanwhile, Singh termed the Pakistan elections as rigged  and said “It was rigged. Observers have said it was rigged. Military was there on the polling booths. You ensured that Nawaz Sharif & his daughter land in jail & don’t get to campaign. You ensured disturbances in Bilawal Bhutto’s meetings.”
