As India decides to isolate Pakistan globally to curtail Pakistan infused terror activities in India, post latest Uri attack in Indian Army encampment in Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian Journalist was asked to leave a press briefing scheduled to be addressed by Pakistan Foreign Secretary in New York.

Pointing towards NDTV journalist the Pakistan official snapped ‘Iss Indian Ko Nikalo’ ahead of a press conference by Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhryto at Roosevelt Hotel in New york. Reportedly Indian media was completely barred from attending the Pak foreign secretary.

The briefing was being organised on the sidelines of UNGA where both the countries are expected to raise the Kashmir and Balochistan issue. Such treatment of media is completely unjustified.

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has already reached US and will address the Assembly on Sep 21. It is expected that Kashmir dispute will dominate his speech at United NationS General Assembly (UNGA). However, Sharif, when approached by another Indian journalist denied to answer questions on the Uri terror attack.

Meanwhile, Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has urged the US to “play a role” in the resolution of the India and Pakistan border issues.

On Monday, however, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked to collect ‘clear evidence of Pakistan’s complicity’ and present those to ‘isolate Pakistan at all the International Forums.’ As an immediate step, PM Modi has also asked the officials to refrain from ‘reacting emotionally’ in the high-level meeting held.
