Odd-even scheme faces litmus test Today

Three days after Delhi government’s odd-even scheme phase -II was implemented in national capital, it faced its real test on Monday when it witnessed maximum traffic during office hours.

Today is the litmus test for odd-even scheme. And just like our last time attempt to make it a success, we have to co-operate with each other,” Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai tweeted.

Meanwhile, heavy traffic was noticed near the Akshardham intersection and at the Mayur Vihar-Noida road.

The 15-day odd-even scheme started on April 15 and aims to put odd- and even-numbered vehicles ply on the roads on alternate dates.
