Patna , Nov 6: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday backed reservation for backward classes in the private sector jobs and has called for a debate on this at the national level.
Addressing media here, Kumar said “It’s my opinion that there must be reservation in private sector too. There must be debate on this at the national level”.

Speaking on joining hands with the BJP, he stated the alliance with BJP is the same which was there four years ago, adding all the decisions were taken in the interest of Bihar.
When asked about his opinion on GST rollout, he said transition takes time and there is point of opposing it.
Kumar said people who are opposing GST, must be asked when it was proposed, adding first VAT was introduced and now GST is being implemented.
