CM Nitish Kumar will challenge bail of former RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin to the Supreme Court, said Ajay Alok, JD(U) spokesperson, in an interview to a TV channel.
He also said that the party will stand against anyone whom they think that the bail was granted on false grounds.
“This is the natural process of law. We will follow the process of law,” he said.
Earlier, the sharp-shooter Mohammad Kaif alias Bunty, who is wanted in the murder case of Siwan journalist Rajdeo Ranjan, was proclaimed as “flee” by the Siwan police and he was with the procession of criminal turned neta Mohammad Shahabuddin.
