Once the app is downloaded, the user needs to enter the pin number of his or her concerned area, after that a list of politicians from different parties who contested the last Lok Sabha elections will be shown on the screen.

One can vote for a particular politician or skip this step to go further and use the other features of the application.

Presently, the app features polls on hosts of “local” and “national” issues that allow users to participate in a discussion or and also state whether they are satisfied with the performance of a particular chief minister or not.

Neta app users can also see which politician is ahead of others in terms of votes.

As per the app’s description in the Google Play Store, it connects the users’ profile with their constituency and show them the trending political debates of the area and politicians contesting for the elections are then notified with their concerns for their constituency.

“Any and every politician who can offer a solution/suggestion for the above issue can then post accordingly,” it said.
