Centre submits details of Rafale decision-making process to Supreme Court

New Delhi, Oct 27: The Central government on Saturday submitted the details of decision-making process in the controversial Rafale deal in a sealed cover to the Supreme Court.

The union government handed over the documents to Court Secretary General in a sealed cover.

On October 10, the bench of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi had sought information from the Centre without the technical details and the prices of the Rafale fighter jets.

The apex court has fixed the case for hearing on October 29.

The court was hearing of a PIL filed against the Rafale deal between India and France.
