New Delhi, Aug 11 :  Calling Chief Minister a coward, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has given an ultimatum to Nitish Kumar to reveal the whereabouts of the girl who was shifted from the Muzaffarpur shelter home and who has been missing since then.

Addressing a press conference Yadav threatened to stage a mass protest in Madhubani if Nitish Kumar won’t reveal the whereabouts of the girl who was shifted from the shelter home within a week. “Nitish ji knows everything. I give him a week’s time to reveal the whereabouts of the girl who was shifted from the shelter home and who has been missing since then, after which we will stage a mass protest in Madhubani,” Yadav added.

Leading the protest at the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi  o Saturday, former Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav mounted pressure on chief minister Nitish Kumar and demanded that the accused Brajesh Thakur be “hanged till death”.

Demanding resignation of Bihar chief minister,  Yadav said ,”Nitish Ji must resign on moral grounds as he’s unable to run the state. It’ll be proved he’s the most coward CM who isn’t fighting for justice for our daughters.”

He also accused him of shielding those who committed the crime.

Bihar social welfare minister Kumari Manju Verma resigned on Wednesday amid allegations that her husband had links with the main suspect in the case.

She quit two days after Nitish Kumar refused to give in to opposition’s demands for her resignation, asking them to stop levelling “baseless allegations” against her and politicising the “sensitive issue”.
