New Delhi, July 18: Mouni Roy is flying high as the star has bagged another new role in Bollywood film opposite Rajkummar Rao.
The television actress will be seen playing the role of Rao’s wife in quirky comedy ‘Made in China’.
Mouni took to social media to share the news of the film.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh also shared the news and wrote, “#NewsAlert: Mouni Roy to play Rajkummar Rao’s wife in quirky comedy #MadeInChina… Directed by Mikhil Musale… Produced by Dinesh Vijan… Starts Sept 2018 in Mumbai, followed by Gujarat and China.”

While on working with Rajkummar Rao in the upcoming film, “Mouni said in a statement to IANS,” I think Rajkummar is a tremendous actor and I have always looked up to his work. I can’t wait to start working with him. I am even more ecstatic to be a part of Maddock Films,”.
“Made in China” will start rolling in September in Mumbai and then travel to Gujarat and China. The film will be directed by Gujarati director Mikhil Musale.
This is Rajkummar’s second collaboration with Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films after the horror comedy film “Stree”, which will hit theatres on August 31.
Meanwhile, the ‘Naagin’ star will make her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gold’ and will also be seen with Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna in ‘Brahmastra’.
