Monsoon session: Rajya Sabha to discuss flood issue today

On the second day of Monsoon session, The stage of Parliament is all set of face issues of flood in states, Kashmir Violence, Price rise and many more are also in queue.

While on the beginning day of the Parliament Monsoon Session, Rajya Sabha saw members discuss about the Kashmir Unrest that erupted after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.

On the issue of Kashmir clashes, Home Minister Rajnath Singh blamed Pakistan for fueling the agitation and said they don’t have to worry about Muslims living in India. He told the House that orders were passed to security forces to exercise maximum restraint while dealing with protesters.

However, Lok Sabha adjourned on account of passing away of Lok Sabha MP from Madhya Pradesh Dalpat Singh Paraste and six former MPs who are no more, after members paid tribute on Monday.
