The Kashmir unrest that started after July 2016 with the encounter of militant Burhan Wani has not been resolved due to central government’s refusal to take into account the dialogue process with all stake holders.But Modi government has found alternative antidote to change the demography of the state of Jammu and Kashmir based on petitions from various claimants who argue that they were actually from Kashmir dating back to 200 or even during the period of Afghan rule 1753-1890 who migrated from Kashmir to escape the reign of brutal tyranny.
