Hangzhou (China), Sep 5, 2016: At the ongoing G20 summit, Prime Minister Narendra on Monday raised the issue of black money and tax evasion, urging the member countries to take action against the financial corruption.
On the second day of the Summit, Modi said “fighting corruption, black money and tax evasion were central to effective financial governance.”
The Prime Minister also said there should be “zero tolerance” for corruption and black money and treaty loopholes.
He urged the member nations to show “full commitment” to action against the financial corruption.
While Chinese President Xi Jinping today in his remarks praised Prime Minister Modi’s leadership of the Indian economy especially his energy policy.
