Lockdown only way to fight coronavirus, says PM

New Delhi, March 29: In his monthly mann ki baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised doctors who are treating coronavirus patients and said lockdown is the only way to fight coronavirus and said that people have the time to connect with dear ones.

“Coronavirus is killing people therefore entire humanity must unite and resolve to eliminate it,”he said.

PM Modi said, “We should take inspiration from all front-line soldiers in the fight against coronavirus, especially nurses, doctors, paramedics.”

I understand that no one wants to break rules deliberately, but there are some people who are doing so. To them, I will say that if they don’t follow this lockdown, it will be difficult to protect ourselves from the danger of Coronavirus, says PM Modi in Mann Ki Baat.

”People not following quarantine measures world over are now repenting.”
