While Textile Minister Smriti Irani celebrated Raksha Bandhan in Siachen Base Camp by tying Rakhis on the wrists of the jawans deployed there. “It is a great honour for me to celebrate this festival here with my brothers who guard the borders.” Irani told ANI.
