Delhi tourism minister Kapil Mishra today reportedly triggered a ‘commotion’ at a tourism event being attended by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in New Delhi. He questioned Mufti over terrorist Burhan Wani. “It can’t be that you don’t accept Burhan Wani as a terrorist and then expect tourism to increase in the state,” Mishra said.

Mishra further alleged: “Terrorists are being treated as tourists in Kashmir. Yesterday two terrorists escaped from Baramulla. Where did they go? Somebody may have sheltered them. How long will this go on? Whom to fight with? People of J&K or outsiders,” he said, triggering an uproar and a brief commotion at the event.
