Kapil Mishra files plea against Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi, June 11: Rebel AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Monday filed a plea against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi High Court. 

In his petition, Mishra said that Kejriwal has less than 10% attendance in assembly.

The court is likely to hear the petition on Tuesday.

“Delhi High Court should give direction to the CM that he should be attending Delhi assembly session. It should also give direction to Lieutenant Governor and  Speaker of the Assembly to ensure that CM is attending the session” stated the Rebel leader.

Mishra said in a Tweet “PIL filed in the Delhi High Court claims that Delhi CM Kejriwal should be directed to attend Assembly,  75% attendance should be mandatory for all MLAs and No Work – No Pay” for MLAs, Ministers & Chief Minister with less than 50%.
