New Delhi, Aug 18: The Janata Dal (United)’s national executive meeting to be held on August 19, party is expected to come up with key decisions.
JD (U)’s national spokesperson K C Tyagi said, National Executive meeting will be held at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s Anne Marg residence, whereas an open session is being organised in the afternoon at Ravindra Bhawan.
The Party will present its political proposal, reasons behind breaking Bihar’s Mahagathbandhan with the Congress and RJD. Flood condition of the state would also be discussed, he asserted.
Apart from JDU ministers, Senior NDA leaders are also anticipated to attend the meeting.
During the high level meeting, JD(U) may take action against its rebel leader Sharad Yadav.
Yadav is unhappy with Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar decision to break the “grand alliance” and join hands with the BJP.
Earlier he had said “Whatever happened is very unfortunate, the mandate by the people was not for this”.
