2 CRPF personnel, 3 civilians injured in grenade attack by terrorists in Anantnag

Srinagar, Jan 31: At least three civilians and two CRPF personnel were injured after terrorists lobbed a grenade near Shairbagh police station in n Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday.

The injured have been shifted to civil hospital in Janglat Mandi and there condition are said to be stable.

Reports said that suspected terrorists hurled a grenade on Sherbagh police post which missed the target and exploded on the road.

The incident comes a day after three civilians were injured after terrorists lobbed a grenade towards a police station in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday.

The militants hurled grenade at a police party in Damhal Hanjipora area.
