Jammu and Kashmir: Blast in Pulwama school, 28 students injured

Srinagar, Feb 13: At least 28 students were injured following an explosion at a private school in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama on Wednesday.

Doctors at Pulwama District hospital said they received 17 students with injuries and three among these with serious wounds were referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.

As per the reports, eleven other students were taken to a sub-district hospital in Pampore town – and again three of them were shifted to Srinagar.

Teacher, Jawed Ahmed told media, “I was teaching and then suddenly an explosion occurred. I can’t say how many students are injured.”
