ISRO to launch Young Scientists program


Bengaluru, Jan 18: Indian Space Research Organization will launch Young Scientists program.

ISRO Chief K Sivan made the announcement while addressing a press conference.

“ISRO is launching a 1 month Young Scientists program, under this program, 3 students from each state will be selected, they will be taught and given access to research and development labs giving them practical experience in building satellites”, he said.

According to Sivan, an incubation centre have been developed at Tripura and four more will be created at Trichy, Nagpur, Rourkela and Indore.
