Ahead of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections which is due next year, the political parties do not want to leave any stone unturned and for that they are searching soft targets to hold their foots in the war ground.
Again the Hindu Muslim one of the easily targeted issue raised in Uttar Pradesh’s Kairana, a place which is similar to Kashmir for their exodus of Hindus just on the sake to gain the votes.
BJP MP from Kairana Hukum Singh has alleged that 346 families have been forced to flee the town, which has 85% Muslim population but later made a U-turn from his statement and said that the people leaving their homes was not a communal matter.
After his statement came the political parties made Kairana a war ground and started critising Uttar Pradesh government, the parties then visited Kairana to review the situation over the alleged exodus of Hindus, firstly a nine-member Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) team visited the place, after their visit they stated that Muslims have seized Kairana.
Now a delegation of MPs from various parties will on Thursday visit the village in Uttar Pradesh. The delegation will also visit Kandhala in western Uttar Pradesh from where the BJP had alleged large-scale migration of Hindus.
Meanwhile, state BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya said the migration of Hindus in Kairana was a result of high-handedness of a particular section of society.
“Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is yet to bring the truth of Mathura before the people; he is instead blaming media for Kairana. The government should come out in the open about Kairana incident,” he alleged.
Accusing Mayawati of issuing contradictory statements, he said, “She demands imposition of President’s rule after Kairana and demands CBI inquiry on Mathura incident, but accused the Centre of misusing CBI.”
Now questions arises that if any communal violence happens than who will take the responsibility for the riots there?
