IRCTC case: Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav get regular bail; next hearing on Nov 19

New Delhi, Oct 6: The Delhi Patiala House Court on Saturday granted regular bail to former chief minister of Bihar Rabri Devi, her son Tejashwi Yadav and other accused in the India Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) case.

The court fixed 19th November as the next date of hearing. Rashtriya Janata Dal Chief Lalu Yadav to appear via video conferencing.

All accused have to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh with one like amount surety, ANI reported.

Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi and others have been named in connection with the IRCTC hotels case filed by Enforcement Directorate on August 24.
