Indian Air Force’s Jaguar fighter plane crashes in UP’s Kushinagar

Uttar Pradesh, Jan 28: An Indian Air Force’s Jaguar fighter plane was crashed in Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar on Monday.

News agency ANI reported that the Jaguar plane crashed into a farm and burst into flames immediately after taking off on a training mission. The pilot managed to eject safely after steering the plane away from areas inhabited by people.

A court of inquiry has been ordered to investigate the accident.

Last year, an IAF pilot was killed after a Jaguar crashed in Gujarat’s Kutch in June.
